AXITRAQ is a product of Aditech Pty Ltd (ABN 73 614 893 473). This Cancellation & Refund Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service. It explains how cancellations and refunds work across our different offerings, which are billed through different providers.
AXITRAQ offers different products that are sold and billed through different payment channels. The cancellation and refund terms depend on what you purchased:

Our software subscription plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who act as the Merchant of Record for these purchases. This means Paddle is the seller of record, your payment is processed by Paddle, and Paddle's name (or "Paddle.net") will appear on your card or bank statement. All subscription refunds are processed by Paddle.
New subscriptions include a 30-day free trial with full access to the features of the selected plan. You will not be charged during the trial. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at sign-up, and automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. All prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and no further charges are made after that period.
You may request a refund within 14 days of the date of your initial purchase, or within 14 days of any subsequent renewal charge. To request a refund, contact us at hello@axitraq.com or contact Paddle directly via your receipt. Refunds are issued by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests are processed by Paddle in accordance with the Paddle Buyer Terms. Card refunds are typically returned within 3β5 business days.
After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your paid period. We may retain your account data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations and to allow account reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted. We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before cancellation. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), which apply in addition to this policy.
Subscriptions may include an optional mobile number rental add-on, which provides a dedicated mobile/SMS number for messaging and notifications. These numbers are provisioned through our telecommunications provider, Twilio, and are subject to Twilio's terms in addition to ours.
Important: Mobile number rental fees are non-refundable. This reflects Twilio's own terms, under which number fees, once paid, are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
The mobile number rental is a recurring monthly charge billed alongside your subscription. The fee secures the number for the billing month in which it is charged.
You may cancel (release) a rented mobile number at any time from within the platform or by contacting hello@axitraq.com. Cancellation stops future monthly charges. The current month's rental fee is not refunded or pro-rated, and you retain use of the number until the end of the paid month.
Once released, a number may be returned to the carrier pool and may not be recoverable. Numbers that remain inactive may be reclaimed in accordance with carrier and Twilio policies. We cannot guarantee that a released or reclaimed number can be restored.
Physical products β including asset labels (sticker, acrylic, aluminium, stainless steel), QR tags, windscreen labels, and consumable stock list materials β are sold directly by Aditech Pty Ltd and billed through Zoho Subscriptions and Stripe. These items are not sold through Paddle.
Because printed labels and QR tags are custom-manufactured to your specifications, they are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
If goods arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt (including photographs). We will, at our discretion, replace the goods or issue a credit or refund. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at hello@axitraq.com β we will work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
