AXITRAQ is a product of Aditech Pty Ltd (ABN 73 614 893 473).

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the AXITRAQ platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Definitions

"Platform" means the AXITRAQ software application. "Account" means the organisational account created when you subscribe. "User" means any individual granted access under an Account.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age. You confirm all information provided is accurate.

4. Subscriptions & Free Trial

4.1 Plans

AXITRAQ offers subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, Custom), each with defined limits.

4.2 Free Trial

New accounts are eligible for a 30-day free trial with full access. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.

4.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. It remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose. You must not use it for unlawful purposes or attempt unauthorised access.

7. Data & Privacy

For UK customers, all data is stored in the United Kingdom (AWS London). You retain ownership of all Content you upload. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Limitation of Liability

AXITRAQ provides the Platform "as is". Total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

AXITRAQ does not store credit card details. Payment is handled by Stripe and Zoho Subscriptions.

4. Third-Party Providers

AWS, Anthropic, Stripe, Zoho, Google Maps. We only share the minimum information necessary.

5. Data Storage & Security

All data stored on secure servers in Australia with encryption, firewalls, and regular backups.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles.
